Qualification
The Specialist should have: (i) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (ii) At least 10 years of overall professional experience in business development, program scale strategies, government partnerships (B2G), workforce planning, service delivery systems and other relevant domains including at least 4 years programme design, sustainability, or public sector partnerships related to digital health interventions; (iii) A proven track record of working with government departments, multilateral agencies, or international development organisations on programme design and sustainability; (iv) Excellent oral and written English skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise technical and strategic documents; and (v) Knowledge of the Northeast India context, or low-resource-geography programme delivery is an added advantage.
