Qualification
The Specialist should have: (i) Bachelor's qualification from relevant field (ii) At least 10 years of overall professional experience in designing, building, or overseeing AI-enabled or digital health interventions, documenting product roadmap and other relevant domains, out of which at least 4 years in technology leadership roles responsible for platform architecture, product engineering, and technology strategy; (iii) A proven track record of working on projects with public sector agencies, multilateral agencies, or international development organisations on digital health or technology programmes; (iv) Excellent oral and written English skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise technical and product documentation
